ABOUT ME.

Mia Monaghan is a digital artist from The Berkshires. She is a Digital Media graduate, having received her Associate’s Degree from Hudson Valley Community College. She has a love for graphic design, and likes to create art that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is strange. Her work has been featured in the HVCC 2025 Digital Media Student Show.

ARTIST STATEMENT

My art serves as an extension of my inner world; a way to express myself authentically. Each piece is a way for me to materialize the thoughts and feelings that I encounter. I love to explore with various colors and compositions, as I find it’s a wonderful way to process the world through an abstract lens. Making art has always been an outlet for me to process my emotions and experiences, and seek understanding.
